Tariq Mahgoub

Tariq Mahgoub is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in managed services and IT service management across various sectors, particularly in telecommunications and customer engagement. Currently serving as Executive Director for EMEA at CSG International since 2015, Tariq leads operations and service delivery, focusing on performance improvements aligned with customer needs. Previous roles include Head of UK Operations for Tesco Broadband & Homephone, where operational strategies and customer experience initiatives were developed, and AVP - Global Head of IT Service & Operations at Lebara Ltd. Tariq also held significant positions at TalkTalk and Carphone Warehouse, overseeing BSS operations and billing support.
