Phylicia Adams

Phylicia Adams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in housing solutions and program management. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at CSH, the Source for Housing Solutions since September 2022, Phylicia previously held the position of Executive Director at Stonington Housing Authority from January 2018 to August 2022. Prior to this role, Phylicia worked as an Operations Administrator at Ability Housing of Northeast Florida, Inc. from September 2014 to June 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing low-income housing assets and ensuring compliance with regulatory programs. Phylicia holds a Master of Science in Public Administration and Nonprofit Management from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Saint Leo University.
