Rich Delucia

Rich DeLucia has extensive experience in the aviation industry. Rich has held various managerial and leadership roles in different companies and organizations. Rich has worked as a Vice President, Director, and Managing Partner, overseeing government programs, business development, and strategic planning. Rich has been responsible for international and domestic flight operations, program integration, and contract management. Rich has successfully secured contract awards and developed positioning strategies to capture business opportunities. Rich has also been involved in setting up bases and camps in austere and hostile locations. Additionally, they have served in the US Air Force Reserve as an instructor loadmaster and has expertise in aerial delivery missions and advanced air delivery methods.

Rich DeLucia earned their Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology, General from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their degree, they obtained a certification as an AFF & Tandem Freefall Instructor from the U.S. Parachute Association (USPA) in June 2008.
