Michael Schaaf

Michael Schaaf is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mechanical industrial engineering and project management. Currently a Consultant at Redtree since July 2022 and holding the position of Ingeniero Industrial Mecánico at CSI Ingenieros since March 2021, Michael has previously worked as a project engineer at Werner & Pfleiderer Industrielle Backtechnik GmbH, where responsibilities included designing high-production industrial lines for baked goods, technical reviews of client proposals, and supplier selection. Prior roles also encompass engineering positions at Hyundai Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. and product development at Aluminios del Uruguay SA. Michael is currently pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering at Universidad de la República, having previously earned a degree in Industrial Mechanical Engineering from the same institution.
