Sebastián Sayas, MBA, DGO, currently serves as the Head of Energy Sector at CSI and VP of Energy & Power at Redtree, focusing on sustainable energy solutions, renewable integration, and energy transition projects. With extensive experience in various leadership roles, including Electrical Power, Instrumentation & Automation Leader and President of AGCEI, Sebastián has a proven track record in managing energy systems, fostering innovation, and ensuring compliance within the energy sector. Additionally, a consulting engineer since 2007, Sebastián has been a member of the Board of Directors for ADME, influencing significant strategic decisions in Uruguay's electricity market. Sebastián's educational background includes an MBA from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and specialized training in energy management and operations.
