David Patton

David Patton has over 30 years of experience in creating effective recognition solutions that drive desired behavior, improve engagement, and increase profitability. David currently holds senior positions at CSI International, Bruce Fox, Inc., E.A. Dion, Inc., and Complete Recognition Inc. David also served as Regional Manager at O.C. Tanner before joining CSI International. David graduated with a BS in Organizational Behavior from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
