Andrew Chang

Before being named as the Chief Operating Officer in July 2019, Mr. Yu-Chen (Andrew) Chang held the Division Administrator position in CSI’s Research & Development (R&D) Division. This Division was organized and built under the direction and management of Mr. Chang. The R&D Division has also been recognized and received numerous awards for its technological innovation. The R&D Team plays a crucial role in keeping the products at the forefront of the latest technology. In addition, during Andrew’s leadership, the R&D Team acquired crucial patents for software technology in the targeted markets to maximize and secure the company’s core product value and benefits.

Andrew earned a Master’s Degree in electrical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and the EMBA certification from National Taiwan University. Since joining CSI Technology Group in 2008, Andrew has consistently focused his career in the field of law enforcement and public safety technology. He has held a number of positions ranging from a software engineer, to project manager, to Division Administrator.
