Keith Mcdermott

Account Management Team Member at CSI Technology Group

Prior to becoming a member of the CSI Team, Keith retired as Captain of the Internal Affairs Bureau after a 29-year career with the Wayne Township New Jersey Police Department.

Keith was a proactive patrol officer, member of the police marine squad and county rapid deployment team and was a first responder to the World Trade Center during the events of 9/11. He was promoted to the rank of Sergeant and supervised staff in multiple bureaus including patrol, investigations, and communications. Before his assignment with Internal Affairs, Keith commanded the communications center as Lieutenant and then the operations division as Captain. Keith managed Wayne Township's public safety CAD and RMS for most of his career.

Keith was a member of the Wayne Township Volunteer Fire Department for 30 years where he attained the rank of Chief and is a founding member of the Passaic County Emerald Society Pipes and Drums. Keith earned his bachelor's degree in marketing from Rutgers University, and lives in New Jersey with his wife and two daughters.
