Josefina Borad

Josefina Borad has over 13 years of experience in the engineering industry. Josefina began their career in 2007 as a Tendering Assistant at Teyma Uruguay S.A. In 2008, they joined CSI Ingenieros as a Design Manager & Civil Engineering Consultant and Engineering Assistant. In 2015, they moved to Network Rail as a member of the Project Management Team. Josefina returned to CSI Ingenieros in 2016, taking on the roles of Head of Operations USA, Principal Structural Engineer and Project Manager, Planning And Development Manager, Organizational Development, and Advisor. In 2022, they joined Redtree as a Consultant.

Josefina Borad obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in International Project Management from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained an Ingeniero Civil in Estructural from Universidad de la República between 2002 and 2008.
