Bridget Coggins

Bridget Coggins is an Associate Professor of International Relations, currently focused on security, non-traditional threats, and Asia at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. They previously served as an Assistant Professor and Associate Professor at UC Santa Barbara and Dartmouth College, where they conducted scholarly research on domestic and international security issues. Bridget has contributed significantly to discussions on state failure, maritime piracy, and terrorism through various projects, articles, and books. They have also held roles at the Council on Foreign Relations and The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, enhancing their expertise in international affairs.
