Heather C. Fischer

Heather C. Fischer serves as a Senior Advisor for Social Impact & Human Rights at Thomson Reuters and Thomson Reuters Special Services. Additionally, Fischer holds the position of Strategy and Statecraft Fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies and participates as a Corporate Leader Member at the Council on Foreign Relations. Fischer's experience includes serving as an Eisenhower USA Fellow and has previously worked in various capacities focused on combatting human trafficking, including roles at The White House, U.S. Department of Justice, and U.S. Department of State. Fischer's educational background includes an Executive Master’s in International Relations from Syracuse University and participation in the Executive Leadership Program at McKinsey & Company Academy, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Liberty University.
