Yuko Nakano

Yuko Nakano is currently a Fellow at the Japan Chair and Associate Director of The U.S.-Japan Strategic Leadership Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). They previously served as a Research Associate and Associate Fellow at CSIS, and held positions such as Adjunct Associate Producer at NHK Japan Broadcasting Corporation and Regional Community Services Coordinator at the Adventist Development and Relief Agency. Yuko also contributed as a Research Assistant in the Defense Section of the Embassy of Japan in the United States. They earned their degree from The Johns Hopkins University - Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) between 1999 and 2002.
