John Sypnowich

John Sypnowich serves as the Chief Legal and Sustainability Officer at The CSL Group Inc., a position held since December 2008, where John has also fulfilled roles as Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, Vice President of Law and Corporate Secretary, and Director of Legal Affairs. Prior to joining The CSL Group, John Sypnowich was Vice President of Legal at Emergis from 2000 to 2008 and spent five years as Assistant General Counsel at Bell. In terms of education, John Sypnowich holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Civil Law from McGill University, along with a Barreau du Quebec degree from École du Barreau. Additional credentials include a Licence from Aix-Marseille University, a negotiation certificate from Harvard Law School, a certificate in Executive Management from The Wharton School, and recent studies in Sustainability Leadership at the University of Cambridge.
