Natalie Le Cavalier, LL.B., currently serves as Assistant General Counsel for The CSL Group Inc. since January 2022. With extensive experience spanning more than two decades, Natalie has held the position of Senior In-House Legal Counsel at Johnson Controls, contributing to contract negotiation and dispute resolution related to public and private RFPs. As a consultant and commercial lawyer at Le Cavalier Corporate Counsel Inc., Natalie has advised prominent clients including Alcoa and General Electric. Previous roles include Senior In-House Legal Counsel at CN, where Natalie negotiated significant procurement agreements, and Director of Legal Services at McKesson Canada, leading a team and transforming legal services. Natalie began their legal career as Senior Legal Counsel at GE Capital, where interim general counsel duties were carried out in Canada. Natalie earned a Bachelor of Laws from Université de Montréal.
