Chryssa Stefanou

Chryssa Stefanou is a seasoned legal operations professional currently serving as the Director and Global Head of Legal Operations at CSL since February 2024. In this role, Chryssa is responsible for developing operations strategy, governance, and processes while overseeing the implementation of applications for the Global Legal function. Previously, as Head of Legal Operations and Services at CSL Vifor from November 2019 to February 2024, Chryssa managed all applications for the legal function, leading a team and ensuring compliance across various legal processes. Chryssa's expertise encompasses contract management, legal operations, and intellectual property, with previous positions including Contract Management Lead at CSL Vifor and Contract and Intellectual Property Manager at Qbo Coffee GmbH. Chryssa holds a Master of Arts in Linguistics from the University of Constance and a Master's degree in Business Law from Fernfachhochschule Schweiz.
