Erica Bruno

Erica Bruno, PHR, currently serves as Associate Director of Learning & Development at CSL Behring since January 2020, having previously held the role of Senior Manager, Talent Development. Prior experience includes positions at West Pharmaceutical Services as a Senior HR Specialist and Senior Learning & Development Specialist from August 2016 to January 2020, and at Bentley Systems from March 2009 to August 2016, where responsibilities included managing global leadership training programs and development initiatives for high-potential employees. Erica began her career at Bentley Systems as a Colleague Communications Intern, contributing to various HR programs. Erica holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Italian from Villanova University, where a 4.0 GPA was achieved during graduate studies.
