Francesco Intoccia

Francesco Intoccia is a seasoned executive in global engineering and project management, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Engineering at CSL Behring since January 2020. In this role, Francesco is end-to-end responsible for various engineering functions, including architecture and design, automation, process engineering, project management, and the qualifications and validations of facilities and manufacturing technologies across the supply chain. Prior to CSL, Francesco held the position of Vice President of Project Management at Johnson & Johnson from 2014 to January 2020, where responsibilities included the capital project delivery worldwide, successfully completing 126 projects valued over $6 billion, and significantly enhancing the organization's manufacturing, research and development, and operational facilities during a six-year period.
