Lois Byrne

Lois Byrne is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and strategic operations within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Presently serving as the Director of Global Project Management at CSL Behring since January 2022, Lois previously held the position of Senior Director and Head of Program Management at Ocugen, where leadership of the program management team was essential for developing and executing overall business strategies. Notably, Lois spent over two decades at Merck, where roles spanned from Associate Director to Global Project Manager, notably supporting Keytruda in Hematology and overseeing various vaccine-related projects. Earlier career experiences include positions at Rhone-Poulenc Rorer and DuPont, contributing to IT project management and support. Lois holds a BS in Management Information Systems and an MBA in Operations Management from Drexel University.
