Kyle Ganz

Kyle Ganz has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Kyle started their career as a Grounds Crew member at White Eagle Golf Club in 2008 and later moved on to become a Maintenance Technician at Chippewa Valley Golf Club in 2013. In 2014, they worked as an Assistant Superintendent Intern at White Eagle Golf Club and then took on the role of Housekeeping Intern at Omni Hotels & Resorts in 2015. Kyle joined First Hospitality Group, Inc. in 2016 and served as a Guest Experience Ambassador before being promoted to the position of Front Office Manager. Kyle worked there until 2018, gaining experience in managing the Front Office and shuttle department, training staff, resolving customer complaints, and improving guest satisfaction. Ganz then joined THG Properties in 2018 as an Assistant General Manager, where they oversaw front office and housekeeping departments, managed operational budgets, and ensured brand and quality standards were met. Currently, they are working at CSM Corporation and holds the position of Area Sales Manager. In 2023, they are expected to be promoted to the role of Director of Sales.

From 2011 to 2016, Kyle Ganz attended the University of Wisconsin-Stout, where they pursued studies in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management. In February 2014, they obtained an Automotive Technician Certification from Walmart.
