Nicole Hanover

Nicole Hanover has extensive work experience in human resources and leadership positions. Nicole is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at CSM Corporation, where they are responsible for developing and implementing people-focused strategies. Nicole collaborates with business leaders and shared services to drive HR operations and achieve new milestones. Prior to their current role, Nicole held the position of Director of Human Resources at SMSC Gaming Enterprise and served as the Organizational Development Leader at Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community (SMSC). Nicole has also held various HR leadership positions at Deluxe, where they led teams and implemented initiatives such as integrating acquired companies, employee engagement, and standardizing HR processes. Before joining Deluxe, Nicole owned and managed their own retail store called Sharewear. Nicole has also worked at Best Buy and Target in district-level HR and operational leadership roles. Nicole's experience demonstrates their ability to lead HR functions, drive business results, and foster employee engagement and development.

Nicole Hanover obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Nicole further pursued their education at Concordia University-St. Paul, where they completed their Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management from 2005 to 2010.
