Dolores Smith, BS, HCS, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning several organizations since 1987. Currently serving as Bilingual Plant Human Resources Manager at CSM Bakery Products since November 2007, Dolores specializes in talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and organizational training and development, while effectively leveraging fluency in Spanish to enhance communication and support for approximately 300 employees. Previous roles include Director of Employee Relations at CHS and Minter-Weisman/Fleming Foods, where Dolores oversaw HR management across multiple facilities and developed policies to ensure compliance with government regulations.
