Lee Charles Forbes

Lee Charles Forbes is an accomplished maintenance supervisor with extensive experience in the food production industry. Since March 2013, Lee has been serving as a Maintenance Supervisor at Bimbo Bakeries USA and concurrently holds a similar position with CSM Bakery Products since February 2011. Lee's career began in 2002 as a Senior Maintenance Supervisor at Kraft Foods/Churny Cheese. Previous roles include maintenance supervision at The Pepsi Bottling Group in Houston, Texas, from March 2008 to January 2011, and at The Schwan's Food Company in Pasadena, Texas, from March 2006 to February 2008. Lee holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Mechanics from Southern University at New Orleans and an Associate of Science in Diesel Technology from Elaine P. Nunez Community College. Early education includes completion of General Studies at Instituto Hazarias Pallais.
