Martin Gazárek has a diverse work experience in the financial and telecommunications sectors. Martin started their career as a Junior Brand Manager at Slovak Telekom/T-Com in 2001 before moving on to become a Brand Manager at T-Mobile Slovensko in 2002. Martin then joined Slovak Telekom/T-Com as the Head of Customer Development and Retention department from 2002 to 2007. Following that, they worked at T-Mobile International in Germany in Customer Service and Sales organization on an international assignment. In 2007, they became the Director of CRM at Slovak Telekom, T-Com (DT Group) before transitioning to Ceskoslovenska obchodna banka, a.s. (KBC Group) in 2011, where they worked as the Head of Consumer Finance Unit until 2014. From 2014 to 2015, they served as the Head of Customer Experience and Transformation program manager at ČSOB Finančná skupina. In 2015, they were promoted to the role of Director of Customer Division at the same company. Additionally, they were a Member of the Supervisory Board at ČSOB Stavebná sporiteľňa from 2014 to 2015.
From 1995 to 2001, Martin Gazárek studied Financial Management & Accounting at Ekonomická univerzita v Bratislave, where they completed their Master's degree.
