Frank Manescalco

Frank Manescalco currently serves as the Director of Physical Security at CSP Consultants Group, a position held since April 2025. Previously, Manescalco worked at NextGen Security from March 2020 to April 2025, where responsibilities included supervising a team of 12 service technicians and managing hiring and training processes. As a Senior Field Service Technician, Manescalco excelled in resolving equipment issues and effectively handling multiple service calls daily. Prior experience includes a tenure at Fidelis Cabling and Communication Inc. from January 2014 to March 2020, where Manescalco was instrumental in establishing the Security department and overseeing the installation and maintenance of access control systems, alongside key technical projects such as network cabling and telecommunications.
