Andres Velez

Andres Velez is an experienced operations manager with extensive expertise in the manufacturing and building products sectors. Currently serving as NSW Operations Manager at CSR Limited since November 2018, Velez has previously held similar positions at Pact Group Holdings Ltd and USG Boral Building Products. Velez's career includes significant roles at Boral and Onesteel Reinforcing, where responsibilities ranged from Manufacturing Manager to Plant Manager. With a solid foundation in production and technical management gained during time at Lafarge, Velez also has experience in project management and operations oversight. Velez holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical from the University of Sydney, earned between 1994 and 1997.
