Julie Coates

Julie Coates is the Managing Director at CSR. Julie has over 25 years of experience in leadership roles in human resources and transformation. Prior to joining CSR, Ms. Coates was the Managing Director, Australia at Goodman Fielder from May 2015 to September 2019. From April 2007 to December 2014, Ms. Coates served as the Director of Business Transformation at Woolworths Limited. Ms. Coates also served as the Human Resources Director at Woolworths Limited from January 2002 to December 2007.

Julie Coates has an extensive educational background, having earned both a Bachelor of Arts and a Diploma of Education from the University of Melbourne. Julie also has a degree in Organizational Leadership from Harvard Business School.
