Vice President/general Counsel at CSRS

Domoine Rutledge serves as the Vice President/General Counsel at CSRS since October 2018. Prior to this, worked as the General Counsel at East Baton Rouge Parish School System from January 2003 to August 2018. Domoine also has experience as an Assistant District Attorney at East Baton Rouge Parish District Attorneys Office from October 1997 to January 2003 and as a Senior Legislative Assistant at the U.S. House of Representatives. Domoine Rutledge holds a Doctor of Law degree from Southern University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Southern University and A&M College-Baton Rouge.
