Holly Martin-Picou, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in Human Resources and administrative roles. Holly has held positions such as Chief Administrative Officer at CSRS, Vice President Human Resources at a previous company, and Assistant Vice President - Talent Acquisition at York Risk Services Group. Additionally, Holly has experience as a Human Resources Manager and Human Resource Administrator. Prior to their Human Resources roles, Holly also worked as a Business Manager at a law firm. Holly's career highlights include overseeing all Human Resources functions, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and managing benefits and recruitment processes.
