Vivian Gomes is currently the SVP, Chief Marketing Officer at CSS Corp. Prior to this, they were the VP - Marketing at Cloud Lending Solutions from November 2015 to January 2017. Vivian was responsible for leading a team of 10 marketing specialists to plan and execute global marketing and demand gen programs.

Under their leadership, the average monthly lead generation increased by 100% within 3 months of joining the organization. Vivian also sourced over 70% of new company revenue in 2016 through marketing channels and grew y-o-y pipeline by 2X. In addition, they hired a new digital marketing agency and led the revamp of the company website.

As part of a re-branding exercise, they also led the re-design and launch of a new company logo, collaterals & thought leadership. Vivian introduced a sales intelligence framework covering over 10,000 target accounts providing hot news and alerts to sales. Furthermore, they segmented and grew the target DB by 500% in 1 year through web research and other data subscriptions. Lastly, they managed the annual marketing budget, aligned and maximized spend across channels with highest ROI.

Vivian Gomes has a PGDM in Strategic Marketing & IT from the Indian School of Business, and a B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Manipal Academy of Higher Education. Vivian also has certifications from LinkedIn in Online Marketing Fundamentals, SEO Fundamentals, Mobile Marketing Strategy, and Top 10 Marketing Challenges.
