Dakalo Mulaudzi has a diverse work experience in the field of business intelligence and technical support. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Bytes Software Services until 2011. From 2011 to 2017, Dakalo held multiple roles at MultiChoice Group, including Application Support Specialist / Team Leader and Project Administrator. In 2017, they joined Multichoice as a Business Intelligence Specialist and worked until March 2021. Currently, Dakalo is employed as a Business Intelligence Developer at CSS Credit Solutions Services (Pty) Limited.
Dakalo Mulaudzi's education history includes a variety of academic experiences. In 1999, they began their studies at Tshivhase High School, where they completed their matriculation in the field of IT in 2003. Following this, Dakalo attended the University of Johannesburg from 2004 to 2008, earning a Bcom degree in Informatics. In 2018, they briefly attended FTI College to pursue a degree in Project Management with a focus on Information Technology.
Additionally, Dakalo pursued further education in the field of Business Administration and Management by studying Business Analysis at FTI College. Dakalo also participated in an Acceleration Leadership course at Harvard Business School, emphasizing Organizational Leadership.
