Nkosienhle Prince Sambo has a diverse work experience in call center and collections management roles. Nkosienhle Prince started their career as a Call Center Agent at MBD Credit Solutions Pty Ltd. in 2005, where they managed Eskom Paypoints and oversaw sales activities. Nkosienhle Prince then joined Van De Venter Mojapelo Attorneys as a Team Leader from 2008 to 2013.

In 2013, Nkosienhle moved to CSS Credit Solutions Services (Pty) Limited, where they initially worked as a Team Leader, managing a team of 22 members. Nkosienhle Prince focused on staff performance, motivations, and meeting financial targets set by the client. Later, they were promoted to the role of Call Center Operations Manager, showcasing over 12 years of call center experience. Nkosienhle Prince demonstrated goal orientation, flexibility, and was passionate about exceeding targets.

Most recently, Nkosienhle assumed the position of Call Center Collections Manager at SA Taxi in November 2019. In this role, they implemented strategies to increase successful collections and ensured compliance with company policies.

Nkosienhle Prince Sambo began their education in 2001 at Lenz Public School where they completed their Matric and received their High School/Secondary Diploma. In 2005, they attended the Academy of Learning (SA) Pty Ltd and obtained a National Certificate in Computer Clerk. In 2008, Nkosienhle completed a National Certificate of competence in Customer Service Support/Call Center/Teleservice Operation from Service CETA. In 2013, they attended MICTU TRAINING SOLUTIONS and received a Certificate of attendance in MS Excel 2010 Intermediate. In 2016, Nkosienhle attended Maurice Kerrigan Africa (Pty) Ltd where they earned certifications in Business, Commerce and Management Studies, Generic Management, and Generic Management & Emotional intelligence. Finally, from 2017 to 2019, they studied Human Resources Management and Services at Milpark School of Financial Services.
