Derick Engelbart

Derick Engelbart has extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental roles. Derick currently serves as the Director of Health & Safety at CSS Farms, LLC. Prior to this, they held the position of Environmental, Health, Safety and Security Manager at Ingredion Incorporated from 2019 to 2022. Derick also worked at Blue Ox from 2016 to 2019, where they handled safety, human resources, environmental, and customer care responsibilities. Before that, Derick was the Production, Safety, and Compliance Manager at Grain States Soya, Inc. from 2015 to 2016. Derick started their career at Land O'Frost in 2012 as an Environmental, Health & Safety Manager and worked there until 2015. Prior to that, they served as an Environmental Compliance/Procurement Specialist/Engineering Assistant at Wimmers Meat Products from 2010 to 2011.

Derick Engelbart completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Industrial Management from Wayne State College, which they pursued from 2008 to 2010. Before that, they attended Northeast Community College, where they earned an Associate of Arts Degree in General educational studies from 2007 to 2008. Additionally, Engelbart achieved an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning from the same institution between 2005 and 2007.
