Arina Morozova is a Geographic Information System Specialist currently contracted with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) at CSS, providing GIS data analysis, archival, and visualization product development since January 2023. Arina also serves as an Adjunct Professor at The George Washington University Columbian College of Arts & Sciences, teaching since August 2022. Previously, Arina held the position of Geographic Information Systems Analyst at NASA, leading research projects utilizing aerial imagery for environmental assessments. Experience includes a role as a Graduate Research Assistant at The George Washington University, focusing on satellite imagery and climate change data analysis, and significant earlier roles in administrative and cartographic capacities, including creating digital plans for oil fields and maintaining GIS databases. Arina holds a Master's degree in Geography, a Graduate Certificate in Geographic Information Science and Cartography, and an Associate degree in Business Administration and Management.
