Dave Bolacker

Dave Bolacker is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in support and technology roles. Currently serving as a Senior IT Support Specialist at IG Design Group Americas, Inc. since April 2020, Dave has also held multiple positions at CSS Industries, Inc. since March 2009, including Senior End User Technology Analyst-Architect and Support Services Lead. In these roles, Dave led desktop support for numerous facilities, managed IT service delivery, and provided high-level technical guidance. Prior experience includes roles at Siemens, Spherion, Kraft Foods, Nabisco, and the City of Wilkes, where responsibilities spanned desktop support, telecom, and programming. Dave holds a BS in Computer Science and Mathematics from Wilkes University.
