Larry Fox, CTP, CPA has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Starting in 1986, they began their career as a Consultant at Technomic, followed by a role as a Consultant in Corporate Strategic Services at Ernst & Whinney from 1987 to 1989. From 1989 to 1992, Larry served as an Assistant to the President at Duchossois Industries.

In 1994, they joined JPE, Inc. as Vice President of Corporate Development, where they led the acquisition of eight businesses over three years, significantly increasing the company's revenue from $60 million to $300 million. Larry then transitioned to GKN Sinter Metals, serving as Vice President of Corporate Development and Chief Financial Officer. During their tenure, GKN Sinter Metals became the world's largest manufacturer of sintered metal parts for automotive and industrial applications.

In 2004, Larry founded Cruiser Ventures, where they provided Mergers/Acquisition and Financial Consulting services to corporations. Larry assisted in price negotiations and performed valuations for tier one automotive suppliers, as well as managed the sale of a medical device manufacturer.

Larry's most recent positions include roles at Something Sweet, Inc. as Chief Restructuring Officer and Chief Financial Officer, and Threshold Brands as Chief Financial Officer and Interim CFO. Currently, they are the Chief Financial Officer at CST Industries, Inc.
