Lucie Royer

Lucie ROYER is an experienced project manager currently serving as Cheffe de projet Transformation et métier at CSTB since May 2022. In this role, Lucie is responsible for creating conditions for the adoption of operational solutions, implementing transformation projects, defining deployment action plans, and managing project teams. Previously, Lucie held positions at Récré'Action and Dassault Systèmes, contributing to project delivery and management support. Lucie's early career includes planning workforce schedules at Disneyland Paris and sales roles at Leonidas Chocolate and ManpowerGroup. Academic qualifications include a Master's in Management from ESSYM Ecole and various degrees in management and packaging.
