Régis Haubourg

Régis Haubourg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in GIS, data management, and remote sensing. Currently serving as a research engineer at CSTB since August 2021, Régis focuses on PostGIS administration. Previous roles include PostGIS administrator at Grenoble-Alpes Métropole, GIS expert at Oslandia, and Data and GIS Manager at agence de l'eau Adour Garonne, where expertise in PostgreSQL, QGIS, and ArcGIS was utilized. Régis's early career involved research engineering at IFREMER and developing operational GIS tools at Irstea, along with watershed analysis for CIRAD and field mapping for AEDES NGO in Peru. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Agronomy and Crop Science from L'Institut Agro Montpellier and a Master's Degree in GIS and Land Use Management from ENGREF.
