Erik Jespersen has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries.

Erik began their career as a PC Repair Technician at the Wahkiakum School District in 2000 and later moved on to work as a PC Repair Technician at the Wahkiakum Court House in 2003.

In 2004, Erik joined Best Buy as part of the Geek Squad team, where they worked until 2006.

Erik then transitioned to the role of Network Administrator at Brock Supply Company, where they focused on virtualizing web and printer servers using Microsoft Virtual Server 2005R2, showcasing cost reduction benefits to management.

In 2008, Erik joined Satellite Management Services, Inc. as a Systems Engineer, with responsibilities including managing the virtualization, storage, and Microsoft environment. Erik successfully led strategic planning initiatives to virtualize 95% of servers by 2011.

In 2009, Erik joined Lumension as a Systems Engineer, later transitioning to the role of Sr. Systems Engineer. At Lumension, they played a key role in managing the virtual infrastructure, storage infrastructure, Microsoft infrastructure, virtual machine management, backups, and monitoring infrastructure.

In 2013, Erik joined Orbital Sciences Corporation as a Principal Storage Architect, later moving to the role of Sr. Principal Storage Architect. Orbital is a leader in small and medium-class space rocket systems and satellites, and Erik provided expertise in storage architecture.

In 2015, Erik worked at Orbital ATK as a Sr. Principal Storage Architect before joining cStor as a Senior System Engineer, where they helped drive IT innovation and provided enterprise technologies and solutions to improve customer businesses.

Erik Jespersen earned an Associate Degree in Computer Science from Anthem College-Phoenix between 2004 and 2006. In addition, they have obtained numerous certifications including Information Storage Associate Version 3 (EMCISA) from Dell EMC in October 2016, MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional and MCSA: Windows Server 2008 from Microsoft in April 2012, and CommVault Certified Professional in October 2009. Erik has also been certified in various other fields such as Cisco and NetApp FlexPod Implementation and Administration, CCNA Data Center, and VMware Certified Professional.
