Paulo Mendes is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in IT management and operations. Currently serving as the Executive Technology Manager at CSU Digital since June 2024, Paulo oversees technology governance, IT infrastructure, security, and digital transformation initiatives. Previous roles include Head of IT Infrastructure & Operations at Grupo Fleury, where Paulo structured monitoring teams and enhanced user support systems, and CIO at Pronep Life Care. Additionally, Paulo held various management positions at Grupo Fleury and Natura Cosméticos, focusing on service delivery, project management, and technology implementation. Paulo holds an MBA in Information Technology Management from FIA and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from IESA Santo André.
