Danielle Domingue Garde

Danielle Domingue Garde has an extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Danielle is currently working at CSW Industrials Inc. as the SVP & Chief People Officer since October 2022. Prior to this, Danielle worked at PlayPower, Inc. as the Chief Human Resources Officer from June 2020 to October 2022.

Before their time at PlayPower, Danielle held roles at KidKraft, Inc as the Vice President of Human Resources from May 2016 to present, and as the Director of HR from March 2014 to May 2016.

From 2007 to 2013, Danielle worked at Danone Dairy as the Senior Director, Talent Management. Danielle'srole focused on driving the creation and delivery of the Talent Management strategy at Dannon, including acquiring, developing, and retaining talent.

Earlier in their career, Danielle worked at JPMorgan as the VP, Corporate Finance Junior Resource Mgmt from October 2005 to February 2007. Danielle also served as the HR Director, North America at Unilever Cosmetics International from October 2004 to October 2005, and as the HR Director, Worldwide Staff Groups at American Express from January 2003 to September 2004.

Danielle began their career at Deloitte as the Global Campus Recruiting Director from 1993 to 2000, and prior to that, they worked as a Managing Editorial Assistant at HarperCollins Publishers from 1992 to 1993.

Danielle Domingue Garde attended Tufts University from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
