Amy Malkin

Amy Malkin is a seasoned human resources professional with over two decades of experience, currently serving as Sr. Director, HR Business Partner at CSX since January 2007. In this role, Amy has spearheaded various initiatives in compensation, administration, and strategic workforce transformation across multiple departments, including Technology, Finance, Law & Public Affairs, and Sales & Marketing. Amy's expertise encompasses designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs, developing leadership talent pipelines, and managing cross-functional projects. Prior experience includes HR management roles at A&E Television Networks and The Segal Company, along with a solid foundation in HR operations gained at Ipsos Insight and Medialink Worldwide, Inc. Academically, Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Florida and a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Baruch College.
