Diana Sorfleet

Diana Sorfleet is an experienced executive in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as EVP and Chief Administrative Officer at CSX since June 2011, where responsibilities encompass aviation, facilities, human resources, technology, and labor relations. Prior to CSX, Diana held various leadership roles at Exelon from 2003 to 2010, including Vice President of Diversity & Development and Vice President of Strategic Human Resources Planning and Development, overseeing HR strategies and managing sizeable teams. Diana’s career also includes earlier positions at Exelon Nuclear, Commonwealth Edison, and Carson Pirie Scott, which established a strong foundation in human resources across multiple organizations. Educational credentials include an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and an MS in Management and Human Resources Development from National Louis University.
