Lasandra Boykin

LaSandra Boykin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community engagement and corporate giving. Currently serving as the Director of Community Investments at CSX since April 2024, LaSandra previously held the role of Director of Corporate Giving, Community Engagement, and NS Foundation at Norfolk Southern Corporation from August 2020 to December 2022, where significant improvements were made to the corporate giving strategy alongside the company's headquarters transition to Atlanta. Prior to that, LaSandra spent over 13 years at Delta Air Lines, advancing from Senior Analyst to Senior Manager of Community Engagement, leading initiatives that fostered employee involvement and strengthened community relationships. LaSandra began their career in business development as a Program Manager at e-gatematrix from 2001 to 2007. LaSandra holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earned between 1996 and 2000.
