Raymund Pacis

Raymund Pacis, LLM, currently serves as the Head of Staff Administration at the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization (CTBTO) since January 2023. Previously, Raymund held various human resources roles at the United Nations from September 2007 to January 2023, including Human Resources Officer and Entitlements and Benefits Officer. Prior to that, Raymund was the Head of Entitlements and Benefits at the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) from September 2014 to September 2016. Raymund's career began as a Recruitment Coordinator at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) from 1999 to 2009. Raymund holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Employment Law (EU and International) with Merit from the University of Leicester, earned between 2017 and 2019.
