Jorge Meruane B.

Jorge Meruane B. serves as the CEO and CFO of SalfaCorp since February 2012 and is a board member at CTeC (Centro Tecnológico para la Innovación en la Construcción) since January 2018. Previously, Jorge held the CEO position at Indalum S.A. from August 2009 to January 2012 and at CISA (Ceramicas Industriales S.A.) from August 1994 to June 2009. Jorge's diverse experience spans roles in Chile, the USA, and Venezuela. Educational qualifications include participation in the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2003, additional studies at Harvard Business School in 2015 and 2022, a Finance Diploma from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 1995, a Master of Science in Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile from 1992 to 1993, and a degree in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Chemistry from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile completed in 1993, along with recent education at ESE Business School Chile in November 2022.
