Justin Flynn

Justin Flynn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service delivery and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Service Delivery Engineer and Technical Account Manager at CTERA since December 2017, Justin proactively manages customer accounts. Prior to this, Justin worked as an Integration Engineer at American Express, focusing on cloud-based collaboration environments. At ACUITY, a Mutual Insurance Company, Justin held roles as a Systems Engineer and Technical Support Analyst, responsible for system health, troubleshooting, and providing support to over 1000 employees. Justin's career began in the US Army as a Mobile Data/Telecom Technician, where responsibilities included managing telecommunication networks. Justin earned an Associate's Degree in Information Technology - Network Specialist from Lakeshore College.
