Sergey Polivoda

Sergey Polivoda currently serves as the Director of Support & Operations at CTERA since September 2024. Prior to this role, Sergey held various positions at LivePerson from June 2016 to June 2024, including EMEA Regional Support Manager and Tier 2 Global Support Manager, among others. Sergey began career at The Open University of Israel as a Customer Service Representative from December 2014 to May 2016 and served in the Israeli Defense Forces as a Bootcamp Commander/Instructor from March 2011 to March 2014. Sergey is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Computer Science at The Open University of Israel, with studies ongoing since September 2014.
