Jeremy Impey

Jeremy Impey is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as Group Legal Director at CTG since May 2024, Jeremy previously held the same title at Fura Gems Inc. from January 2023 to May 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Legal at Kamoa Copper S.A. and Senior Corporate Counsel at Sobi - Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB and Takeda. Jeremy began a legal career at Pinsent Masons as a Corporate Solicitor and progressed through various legal positions, including Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills and Legal Counsel at Tamoil. Jeremy holds a Legal Practice Course from the College of Law and degrees in French law, European law, and English law from Université de Rennes I and the University of Exeter, respectively.
