Jolene Goodberry possesses extensive experience in application development and technology support, currently serving as a Senior Corporate Systems Advisor at CTG since October 2005, where expertise includes ASP.NET, C#, and VB. Prior to this role, Jolene worked as a Corporate Systems Advisor at CTG and as a Web Developer at clevermethod, where responsibilities encompassed project management, application release analysis, and support for existing applications. Jolene also served as a Student Technology Assistant at Hartwick College from September 2000 to December 2003, focusing on customer satisfaction through tech support and training. Jolene holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Hartwick College, completed in 2004.
