Marcy Rychlewski

Marcy Rychlewski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent solutions and operations management. Currently serving as Managing Director of Talent Solutions at CTG, Marcy previously held the position of Director of Operations at CTG Staffing and worked as a Site Manager. Prior to that, Marcy was a Helpdesk Consultant at CDI Corporation. Educational credentials include an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) in Business Administration and Management from SUNY Broome Community College, obtained between 1986 and 1988.
